Lazy days on the beach for my last few days in Sri Lanka, whilst it’s still out of season (the end of monsoon season) the sun shined throughout the day without clouds. Good food and beers (I best not talk about over indulging at one beach party) and extremely friendly people made for a perfect end to my stay in Sri Lanka.
A 6 hour ride from Mirissa in the south back to Negombo to return the scooters, then a couple of flights back to Delhi and The Smyle Inn Hotel for a couple of days whilst Oli has a repair to do on his bike before we head east to Varanassi.
Whilst still very hot the humidity has dropped off so the climate here in Delhi is so much better than previously and I feel so much better in myself so Delhi is ok this time around:)
